Homemade popcorn, completely without a drop of oil, is healthier than store-bought and perfect for those who are dieting.

The popcorn is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, even tastier than KFC. Plus, the recipe is super simple and easy to succeed in one try. If you love popcorn, friends, you should try it!

Required ingredients:

Chicken breast 1 piece, breadcrumbs as needed, eggs 3, cornstarch as needed, scallions 2, ginger 1, soy sauce 1 spoon, oyster sauce 2 spoons, salt as needed, pepper as needed, honey 1 spoon

Instructions:

1. Slice ginger for later use

2. Chop scallions into segments and set aside, beat 2 eggs into a liquid for later use

3. Remove the chicken skin and fat from the chicken breast, then cut it into dicing

4. Add all seasonings and 1 spoon of cornstarch, add 1 egg white and stir evenly to marinate for 2 hours

5. One by one, coat the marinated chicken breast dicing with a layer of cornstarch

6. Then coat with a layer of egg liquid

7. Finally, coat with breadcrumbs

8. Arrange the coated chicken breast dicing in a baking tray. If you don't have a non-stick oven, be sure to line with parchment paper

9. Place in a preheated oven in the middle layer, using both top and bottom heat at 185 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes.
