  • 1. Cut the rice cakes into slices and prepare them.
  • 2. Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it into segments and prepare it.
  • 3. Wash the pork belly and slice it into shreds and put it in a bowl.
  • 4. Add salt, starch, and a little to marinate for a while.

Beef Seaweed Cabbage Recipe

  • 1. Beef cut into small pieces (or diced).
  • 2. Chinese cabbage washed and cut into segments.
  • 3. Seaweed washed and cut into segments and prepare it.
  • 4. Ginger washed and sliced, dried red chili peppers cut into small segments.
  • 5. Heat the pot and add pig fat.
  • 6. Add ginger slices, dried red chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 7. Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until softened.
  • 8. Add seaweed, salt and stir-fry evenly to enhance the flavor.
  • 9. Pour in a certain amount of water, add the beef, and bring to a boil.
  • 10. Pour in old draft and light soy sauce, boil until it opens.
  • 11. Turn down the heat and cook for half an hour.
  • 12. Add pepper, flavoring agents and stir-fry evenly.
