Octopus 2 pieces, green and red bell peppers, seafood sauce, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, white sugar


First, remove the eyes, mouth and internal organs from the octopus, then peel off the outer layer of skin and cut it into segments. Cut the green and red bell peppers into rhombus slices. Stir-fry the sauce-braised octopus ingredients: first, pour a little light soy sauce, oyster sauce, seafood sauce, a spoonful of white sugar, and cooking wine into a bowl and stir well.

4 Blanch the octopus in boiling water for 20 seconds, then immediately remove it. Add a little cornstarch to the prepared sauce and stir well. Heat up the oil, first sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, then stir-fry the green and red bell peppers and onions until they are not yet cooked, then add the blanched octopus and stir-fry until evenly combined, then pour in the sauce and stir-fry until combined. Before serving, drizzle a little sesame oil and serve.
