Original Beef Offal
Main Ingredients:
Fresh Yellow Cow Belly 300g, Fresh Yellow Cow Tongue 300g, Fresh Yellow Cow Intestine 300g, Cow Throat Tube 300g, Fresh Cow Heart 300g.
Ingredients:
Old Ginger 50g, Fresh Hawthorn 250g, Clove 10g, Whole Dried Chili 50g.
Seasonings:
Salt 10g, Flavoring 5g, Rice Wine as needed.
Instructions:
1. First, pre-process the beef offal, wash it clean, and cut it into strips for later use.
2. Turn on the fire, bring the water to a boil, add the beef offal and rinse it with water, add rice wine.
3. Heat the pot with vegetable oil, add ginger slices and cloves, and sauté the beef offal to remove excess water.
