2. Blanch the pig skin: Bring water to a boil, add pig skin and soy sauce, cook for 5-10 minutes after boiling, remove the pig skin and let it cool.

3. Scrape off the pig skin and cut it into small pieces (or small diced), then put it in a pot to cook, add soy sauce, bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon while cooking, if you like peanuts, add peanuts, cook for about 40 minutes until viscous, then remove the spices, and season with soy sauce and salt before plating (preferably a flat dish).

4. Let the food cool slightly and store in the refrigerator for 1 night, or freeze for 1 hour if you're in a hurry.

5. When cold mixing the pig skin jelly, add minced garlic, soy sauce and salt, absolutely delicious ٩(๑^o^๑)۶! Finished product as shown in the picture!
