Jining Seasonal Dishes - Green Bean and Wax Gourd Stir-Fry
Ingredients: Cucumber, Green Beans, Salt, Garlic, Olive Oil, Starch, Chili Peppers, Soybean Oil
Instructions: Peel and slice the cucumber into cubes, boil water, add blanched green beans for about 3 minutes and then remove. Heat a wok with olive oil, sauté garlic and chili peppers. Sauté the cucumber for a while, add the green beans and sauté again, add water, salt, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes; drizzle in a little cornstarch, and serve.
