A Simple Dish: Bass Fish Rice!
Bass fish, after being coated in sauce and cooked, drizzled over rice, the sauce is rich and flavorful, absolutely delicious!!

Ingredients: Bass fish, Teriyaki sauce, cumin powder, black pepper powder

1: Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic.
2: Place the bass fish in the pan and slowly pan-fry. Don't flip it! It will fall apart.... Don't ask me how I know.

3: Pour 30g of teriyaki sauce into the pan, add a little salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder and a bowl of water.

4: Throughout the frying process, continuously drizzle the sauce over the bass fish, making the fish meat more flavorful. Remember to resist the urge not to flip it.... Note note.

5: Cook for about 5 minutes, bring to a boil and reduce the sauce, take out! (While reducing the sauce, cook some vegetables you like)
This teriyaki bass fish is complete! Remember to cut the fish meat into pieces!


Place the fish meat and cooked vegetables on rice.

Sprinkle sesame, seaweed flakes, green onions etc. as flavor enhancement and decoration, then drizzle the sauce!
