Tomato Rice, Simple and Delicious! Very Convenient and Healthy and Delicious! No Complex Ingredients!
Recently, everyone is basically staying home, and it's really not difficult to make some simple and delicious dishes. This tomato rice is a masterpiece, it's definitely my favorite recipe! If you're stocking up, suggest buying some tomatoes… a little rice and tomatoes, it's very convenient and healthy, and most importantly, it's delicious! It doesn't require complex ingredients! You won't know how delicious and easy it is until you make it yourself. Here are some tips I'll share with you!

Instructions
1. Heat oil and sauté a little cumin and chili flakes until fragrant, then add diced tomatoes.
2. After the tomatoes have released some juice, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of old soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste (omit if you don't like a sweet flavor).
3. Pour in a small bowl of water and simmer over low heat until thickened. Squeeze the tomatoes to release more juice. Add diced ham.
4. Pour in a small bowl of rice – really, just a little because the rice will absorb a lot of the broth if you add too much!!!
5. Add shredded cabbage and preserved vegetable strips (optional).
6. Taste and add salt if needed. Finally, add a little white pepper. Finished!
I really recommend you try it – you'll know how delicious it is when you take a bite! The taste of this tomato rice even makes people who don't like tomatoes love it… Preserved vegetable strips are amazing in this rice!
You can also fry an egg and put it on top when you serve it – it's very satisfying!
