No-water baked fish fillets

Ingredients: 200g basa fish, 100g tofu, scallions and ginger as needed, 1 spoon of (liao jiu - cooking wine), a little oil, 1 spoon of steamed fish soy sauce

Method:

1Ingredients. Tofu and fish are always good friends, and they taste good together when making dishes

2Cut the basa fish fillets into pieces, add scallion ginger minced and a little salt and a little (liao jiu - cooking wine) and marinate for a while

3Cut the tofu into slices of uniform thickness, put it in a frying pan and fry until both sides are slightly yellow, then add scallion ginger minced to release fragrance and sprinkle a little salt to season

4Brush a thin layer of oil on the baking dish, put the tofu on the bottom, then spread the marinated basa fish fillets on top

5Drizzle some steamed fish soy sauce to increase freshness and enhance the flavor

6Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent moisture from escaping during baking

7Put the baking dish in the Toshiba small oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees, bake for 20 minutes


8After baking, remove the aluminum foil, the fish meat is very tender, put some chili flakes and chopped scallions on top, and pour hot oil on it, you can eat it right away, it's very quick and delicious. The fish is tender and the tofu is soft. If feeding a child, you can omit the chili flakes

Tips:

1Chili flakes are just for decoration, they are not spicy

2Using only steamed fish soy sauce to season is enough, it's delicious
