Sha Cha Chicken
Materials: 1 chicken leg, 1 piece of ginger, 2 spoons of Sha Cha sauce, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of cooking wine
Method:
1. Prepare a chicken leg and Sha Cha sauce with ginger.
2. Cut the chicken leg into pieces and blanch it for washing.
3. Mix the ginger, Sha Cha sauce, cooking wine, and soy sauce until the chicken pieces are evenly coated with flavor.
4. Then put the ingredients into the stew pot.
5. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Yellow Cucumber and Wood Ear Mushrooms
Materials: Cucumber; Wood Ear Mushrooms; Walnuts (optional); Chicken powder; Oyster sauce; Olive oil; White sugar;
Method
1. Prepare a cucumber and a package of soaked wood ear mushrooms.
2. Wash and chop the wood ear mushrooms, removing the hard stems. Wash and slice the cucumber.
3. Blanch the cucumber and wood ear mushrooms.
4. Heat oil in a pot. Pour in the cucumber and wood ear mushrooms.
5. Pour in the (qi zhi - is the sauce, I'll skip the translation here).
6. Stir-fry for a while, and then turn off the heat.
7. Pour into a plate, and then enjoy it when you go out.
Green Onion and Egg
Materials: 400g green onion, 2 eggs, 3g salt, 5ml cooking wine, 5ml soy sauce, 3g sugar.
Method
1. Wash the green onion and cut it into segments. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add cooking wine, stirring evenly.
2. Heat oil in a pot. Pour in the whisked eggs and stir-fry until dispersed, then take it out for later use.
3. Reheat the oil in the pot to 70% hot. Pour in the green onion and stir-fry over high heat for 20 seconds, then pour in the eggs and stir-fry for 5 seconds.
