Production steps
1: Wash all the prepared vegetables clean, dice the tomatoes, dice the cucumber, chop the cilantro, and chop the red and green peppers and put them aside to prepare.
2: Put the noodles into a pot and cook them until cooked, then scoop them out into a bowl. After the noodles are cooked, put them in the bowl, and then arrange the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro and red and green peppers around the bowl, and then scoop a large spoonful of Beijing-style fried noodles on top and mix it together to eat!
