I'm a man who has a special fondness for cooking. When I have free time, I enjoy browsing supermarkets, selecting some delicious seasonal vegetables and seafood to cook for my hardworking family. Perhaps many people see cooking as a constraint on life, but only those who truly love to eat and delve into culinary arts can appreciate the enhanced quality of life that superior cuisine brings.
Regarding cooking, everyone who has ever stepped into the kitchen can understand it – from the initial clumsiness to the eventual sense of calm and composure. Every small detail is a collection of kitchen experience. From ingredient selection, knife skills, heat control, the quantity of seasonings, the characteristics of each seasoning, the speed of stir-frying – all these directly or indirectly determine the success or failure of a dish. While tasting the food, we should also reflect on the shortcomings and consider how to improve it with different ingredients. In reality, there's nothing mysterious about cooking; it's simply a matter of practice. With enough practice, everyone can create dishes that are praised by others.
