Pig Liver: A Treasure for Children's Growth and Women's Detoxification & Beauty

Instructions:
1. Wash the pig liver thoroughly and slice it, then soak it in a diluted salt water solution for about two hours to remove toxins, which makes it safer to eat.
2. Put everything in a bowl, use ginger, starch, salt, (liao jiu - liquor), and pepper, and marinate for half an hour (to remove fishy smell and make the pig liver more tender).
3. Cut green and red bell peppers, onion, and carrots into small pieces. Cut carrots into slices.
4. Prepare a sauce in a bowl (salt + soy sauce + old soy sauce + oyster sauce + chicken broth + sugar + vinegar + pepper).
5. Boil water in a pot, then add the pig liver for a quick blanch, drain and pat dry.
6. Drain the water in the pot, add oil, then add green and red bell peppers, onion, and carrots, stir-fry until slightly tender.
7. Add the pig liver and stir-fry for a few seconds, then pour in the prepared sauce.
8. Stir-fry evenly, drizzle with a little cornstarch, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and stir-fry until cooked. The sauce should be a bit more, which is more delicious and suitable for a full meal.
