How to Make Large Shrimp with Crispy Shells and Tender Meat – Simpler than Spicy Shrimp, More Appetizing than Raw Shrimp
Since learning to cook, I've made countless kinds of shrimp, but I remember that braised shrimp, baked shrimp with clams, spicy shrimp, shrimp with tomato sauce, and stir-fried shrimp are particularly popular.
Today, we'd like to share another delicious recipe with you. The shrimp will be crispy and tender, and you won't get tired of eating it.
Ingredients:
Shrimp, green bell peppers, red bell peppers, garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, white pepper, oil.

Instructions:
Chop green bell peppers, red bell peppers, garlic, and cilantro into a fine mince.

I'm using Ross shrimp, which has thin shells and plump flesh, with a fresh and delicious flavor. Wash and drain the shrimp.
Pour oil into the pot and heat it up to a smoking point. Fry the shrimp until the shells become crispy and slightly swollen.

Then, drain the shrimp and place them in a bowl.

Prepare the sauce: Add a little oil to the pot and sauté chopped green and red bell peppers and minced garlic until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of water, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, white pepper, salt, sugar, and vinegar, and stir until well combined. You can make it a little saltier to enhance the flavor.

Pour the boiling sauce over the fried shrimp in the bowl.

Finally, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top, and it's ready.

Tips:
When frying shrimp, always use high heat. Fry until the shells and flesh separate, ensuring that the shrimp shell is crispy while the shrimp meat remains tender and absorbs more flavor.
