Cornstarch 10g Vegetable Oil 30g Salt 3g Light Soy Sauce 8g Oyster Sauce 4g Black Pepper 1g Cumin 3g


Instructions:

1. Prepare the raw materials

2. Slice the beef into pieces, do not cut too thin, use the knife to gently pound the meat fibers along the grain on both sides

3. Add salt, light soy sauce, cornstarch, black pepper, oyster sauce and cumin, marinate for a while

4. Cut the onion as shown in the picture into several pieces

5. Break up the chopped onion

6. Add vegetable oil to the pot, heat to 70% hot, add onion and stir-fry

7. After the onion is fried, add salt, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly and cook out of the pot and serve

8. Add vegetable oil to the pot, heat to 40% hot

9. Put the beef in, and stir-fry over medium heat

10. Fry until both sides are golden brown, and cook out of the pot

11. Put into the plate with onion and serve.
