Garlic Eggplant

Ingredients:Eggplant, Garlic, Ginger, Bell Pepper, Light Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine, Fish Sauce, Sugar, Cooking Oil

Instructions:

1. Cut the eggplant into 5 to 6 cm long segments, steam until cooked (you can use the rice cooker's inner pot), take out and let it cool down slightly (to a temperature you can handle), tear it into strips and set aside for preparing the sauce.

2. Chop garlic, ginger, bell pepper into small diced, try to make it as small as possible.

3. Prepare a small bowl, add half a bowl of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, a few drops of fish sauce, half a spoon of sugar (adjust according to personal taste).

4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger minced and stir-fry until fragrant, pour in the prepared sauce, turn off the heat, add minced garlic and diced bell pepper and mix well, pour it on the eggplant and it will stick.

Spicy Pork Ribs

Ingredients:Pork Ribs (500G), Bone (appropriate amount), Preserved Radish (2 pieces), Water (appropriate amount), Star Anise (2-3 pieces), Cinnamon Stick (1 small piece), Light Soy Sauce (2 spoons), Dry Yellow Bean Paste (1 spoon)

Instructions:

1. Place the pork bones in water and soak for two hours, changing the water several times to remove blood clots.

2. Wash and cut preserved radish into thick slices.

3. Place the preserved radish slices at the bottom of the sand pot.

4. Place the pork bones in the pot, add scallions, ginger, star anise 2 pieces, cinnamon stick one small piece, add appropriate amount of water.5. Add light soy sauce 2 spoons and dry yellow bean paste 1 spoon mixed evenly.

6. Pour the sauce into the pot, turn to small fire and simmer slowly.

7. Simmer for about 1 hour, the meat will be soft.8. Increase the heat slightly to reduce the remaining sauce.

Wood Ear Mushroom and PorkIngredients:

Celery (1 bunch), Wood Ear Mushrooms (2 pieces), Pork (1 small piece), Carrot (half), Bell Pepper (red and green, each 1 piece), Ginger, Green Onion, Pepper, Vinegar, Salt, Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine (all appropriate amounts)

Instructions:

1. Cut celery, carrot, red and green bell pepper into strands, soak wood ear mushrooms in water and tear into small pieces for preparing.

2. Cut pork into slices, marinate in soy sauce, cooking wine.

3. Heat oil in a pot to 60% heat, pour in meat slices and stir-fry until white, add ginger, green onion to scatter fragrant.

4. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to taste, then pour in celery, wood ear mushrooms, carrot, red and green bell pepper strands, add salt to stir-fry.5. Finally, add pepper and vinegar to stir-fry for a few times before taking it out of the pot.
