Marinade:

2 grams of five-spice powder, 2 tablespoons of (liao jiu - cooking wine), 30 grams of (jiang you - soy sauce), 15 grams of (xi sui tan - granulated sugar), appropriate amount of edible oil

Specific steps:

Put garlic, soy sauce, granulated sugar and five-spice powder into a bowl.

Pour (liao jiu - cooking wine) and cut pieces of chicken breast into marinade for 20 minutes.

Air fryer 200 degrees preheat for 5 minutes, then put the chicken into the air fryer basket, spray with edible oil, or brush with a brushBrush the white part with oil, air-frying makes the color more beautiful.

Set the air fryer to 160 degrees, air-fry for 8 minutes.

When the time is up, set it to 190 degrees for 3 minutes.
