Too Delicious! 1 Bowl of Noodles with Half a Bowl of Water, No Need to Steam or Fry, 15 Minutes to Table, Perfect for Breakfast!

This week I've been a homebody, making all sorts of buns, steamed buns, flower rolls, pancakes, and fried dough. Now I've discovered new pastries!

It's pizza, yeah!

About pizza, there's a popular saying that it's a baked dough with some toppings. Haha, that's pretty straightforward.

However, pizza is really good, the crust is soft and fluffy, and there are lots of toppings. I like to make savory versions for breakfast, it's super convenient, and you can eat it every day with different ingredients. It takes only 15 minutes to make, and you can eat it every day!

The key is that it's really easy to make! You don't need fancy tools or strict requirements, just a quick fermentation, kneading is not too demanding, and it takes only a few minutes to come out of the oven, it's very easy to succeed, and the freshly baked pizza has a great taste!

Today I added a special ingredient to my pizza besides vegetables and sausage – wow, it's so fragrant and delicious, it's the most popular style now! Guess what it is?

If you don't have a pizza pan, just use a baking sheet; if you don't have pizza cutters and forks, just use a knife and your hands; if you don't have a dough mixer, just knead it by hand; if you don't have a rolling pin, use your hands or a beer bottle; if you don't have a digital scale, just estimate with a spoon – about one bowl of flour and half a bowl of water, and then add all your favorite ingredients!

Anyway, as long as you want to eat pizza, you'll succeed! Pizza is so simple!

I spend the night kneading the dough and putting it in the fridge to ferment overnight, and I chop the vegetables in the evening and put them in the fridge to keep them from drying out.

The next morning, I take the dough out of the fridge to warm it up, don't waste this time, you can wash your face and brush your teeth, and then start making pizza.

4. I also cut the vegetables in advance to prevent them from drying out. I cut carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, into strips or dices, and seal them in a plastic bag and put them in the refrigerator.

5. I chopped the salted egg yolks. One pizza needs one salted egg yolk. The vegetables can also be cut in the morning. By the way, I also cut a piece of sausage, forgot to take a picture.

Above you guessed it right! This year the salted egg yolk is the most popular, it's so fragrant and delicious, better than the ordinary one!

6. The next morning, take the dough out of the fridge and let it warm up, don't waste this time, you can go wash your face, brush your teeth and then start making pizza.

7. Take out the dough and roll it into a round shape. If you don't have a rolling pin, I'll teach you a way to make a pizza shape without a rolling pin. Use both hands to lift the edges of the dough and use gravity to pull it down. Slowly rotate your hands in a circular motion to make it a large circle, and the edge will still have a rim, which is very good.

8. Put the pizza base in a pizza pan, I use a 9-inch one, and poke some holes with a fork. If you don't have a pizza pan, it's okay to put it directly on the baking sheet.

9. Spread some sauce on the pizza base, I use black pepper steak sauce, you can also use pizza sauce or tomato sauce or any sauce you like. First, sprinkle some mushroom slices.

10. Sprinkle with various vegetables, sprinkle with chopped salted egg yolks, then sprinkle with sausage slices, then drizzle with black pepper sauce again, and finally cover with shredded mozzarella cheese. If you have it, cover it more, I just cover a little.

11. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes, when the time is up, take it out.

Wow, success!

It's so fragrant!

Today the sunshine is so bright and beautiful, I'm so happy!
