Fragrant Knife-Cut Noodle Sauce

Ingredients: 150g chicken breast diced, 7 dried fragrant mushrooms, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 large spoons of broad bean sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 300g fresh noodles, 100g water.

Production Method:

1Prepare the ingredients, cut the chicken breast into diced meat, soak the dried fragrant mushrooms beforehand, you can use fresh fragrant mushrooms directly, fresh noodles are more chewy than dried noodles.

2Put 1 spoon of soy sauce into the meat dices, mix and marinate for a while to absorb the flavor.

3Squeeze the moisture from the mushrooms, cut them into mushroom dices, and chop the garlic cloves into garlic pieces.

4Heat vegetable oil in a wok, add garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant.

9Bring a pot of water to a boil, add fresh noodles and cook until tender.
