I. Ingredients

2 Salt, Sugar, Chicken Powder, Oyster Sauce, Cooking Wine, Starch, Cooking Oil.

II. Specific Production Process
1 Soak the black fungus in warm water for 6 hours, wash and drain; reserve the tender parts of the collard greens heart, wash and reserve.
2 Cut the pork into thin slices.
3 Cut the Japanese tofu from the middle, remove the outer shell, and cut it into small pieces about 0.5 cm thick.

4 Prepare a little dry starch (cornstarch), roll the cut Japanese tofu in starch, coating the surface with starch.
