Shaoguan South Hua Temple, a place where you can feel the historical and cultural atmosphere just by arriving!
There's a flower bed surrounded by a small pagoda at the entrance,
Slowly walking across the stone arch bridge (there are three arch bridges, and it's rumored that you shouldn't walk across the middle one),
You can buy tickets and enter, and there is also incense available.
The inscription on the South Hua Temple plaque is vertical, reportedly because it was written by emperors,
Walking through the long releasing-animals pool corridor leads to Bao Lin Gate, the second temple gate, built during the Ming Dynasty Jiajing 13 years (1534).
You can see a golden bowl, where you can throw coins for good luck on the left and right sides there are clock and drum towers.
Further ahead is Tian Wang Hall, in front of which the glass mirror lotus stone sculpture is lifelike.
After passing Tian Wang Hall, you arrive at the Daxiong Bao Hall, where you can pay homage to the solemn Dharma image.
You can find that the Bodhi trees on both sides of the hall are being worshipped by people.
Behind Daxiong Hall is the Sutra Pavilion, which houses the Thousand Buddhas Sutras bestowed upon the Six Patriarchs by Emperor Zhong of Tang.
Leaving the hall, passing through Fu Hu Ting and Fei Xi Bridge, going up the stairs and entering the gate inscribed with ‘The World’s Best Forest’.
This is Zuo Xi Quan, where you can wash your hands and wash away your sins.
Not far west is the Memorial Hall of Elder Vourouchang, about 100 meters west, which is Elder Vourouchang’s Relic Tower.Continuing forward, you arrive at Wuji Men, saying goodbye to the Bhikkhunis and returning to the Caiti School.Along the way, there are ancient trees and art treasures everywhere, and you can stay for several hours, feeling shocked and excited.
