Ingredients:
5 egg whites, 70g sugar, 5 egg yolks, 30g sugar, 120g yogurt, 50g oil, 20g cornstarch, 80g low-gluten flour, 200g yogurt (for decoration), various fruits, and an appropriate amount of pumpkin seeds
Cooking Steps:
1.1⃣️ Egg Yolk Paste: First, separate the egg yolks and egg whites, placing the egg whites in a grease-free and water-free bowl for preparation, and placing the egg yolks in a bowl, adding sugar
2. Mix well
3. Pour in yogurt and mix well
4. Then pour in oil and mix well
5. Sift in low-gluten flour and cornstarch through a sieve
6. Mix well
7. 2⃣️ Protein Mousse: Take one-third of the protein mousse and add it to the egg yolk paste, mixing it in a sautéing method until evenly combined
8. Add sugar for the second time and continue to beat
9. Add sugar to beat until a hard-peak stage
10. Lift up to form a sharp peak
11. Take one-third of the protein mousse and add it to the egg yolk paste, mixing it in a sautéing method until evenly combined
12. Pour the evenly combined egg yolk paste into two-thirds of the remaining protein mousse, and mix it in a sautéing method until evenly combined
13. Pour into an 8-inch chiffon mold
14. Place in the oven at 135°C (275°F) for 40 minutes. After baking, immediately invert it to prevent shrinkage
15. Allow to cool before demolding, and then decorate
