Lazy Person's Bread: 5-Minute No-Fuss Toast (Sesame Rye Toast Bread)

To make delicious bread, the liquid quantity must not be too little; if it's too little, the bread will be dry and hard. When the bread comes out of the oven, the surface is relatively hard, but it will soften as it cools.

A bread maker is perfect for making toast, so don't make too much at a time – make enough to eat within two days, because homemade toast doesn't contain any additives and will age faster. If it dries out, it won't be good to eat, so it's best to eat it within two days.

If you can't finish it, cut it into slices and seal it for freezing – this will extend its shelf life. Take it out when it's warmed up or bake it, and it will become soft again.
