Homemade Dandelion and Egg Stir-Fry: Simple, Delicious, and Nutritious
Recipe for dandelion and egg stir-fry, the main ingredients are 300g of dandelion, 5 eggs, and bell peppers as needed, salt 3g, and oil 20g.
Step 1: Wash the dandelion thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 30 seconds, then transfer it to cold water to rinse it, and then squeeze out the excess water before chopping it into small pieces for later use.
Step 2: Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well for later use.
Step 3: Cut the bell peppers into small pieces for later use.
Step 4: Add the chopped dandelion and chopped bell peppers to the egg mixture and stir well.
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan (hot pan, cold oil), when the oil is hot, pour in the mixed egg liquid. Fry until the egg liquid turns slightly yellow, and the dandelion and egg stir-fry is done.
Note: According to (traditional Chinese medicine), dandelion is sweet and bitter in taste, cold in nature, belongs to the Liver Meridian and Stomach Meridian. It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, reducing swelling and dispersing masses, and clearing the liver and eyes. Especially good for sore throats and swelling. Because of its cold nature and its ability to reduce swelling and disperse masses, it is recommended that those with cold (Spleen and Stomach) consume it sparingly, and pregnant women should not eat it.
