Fried Peanuts: Peanuts 1 bowl, High-degree White Wine 1 small bowl, Salt to taste. 1. Prepare the raw materials; 2. Wash the peanuts with cold water; 3. Put the peanuts in a pot and pour in cold oil; 4. Stir-fry over low heat, constantly stirring, and the first little bubbles appear because the peanuts contain moisture; 5.
