Steps:

Red Bean Paste Portion

1. Place red beans in a pot, add 1.5 liters of water, and cook for about 30 minutes. Drain the water to remove the bean's bitterness.

2. Add another 1 liter of water and continue cooking the red beans until they burst open.

3. Drain the water, increase the heat to medium, and continue cooking the red beans while adding sugar. Remember not to add more water at this stage; just give it a gentle stir as the beans absorb a lot of water.

4. Gradually stir, paying attention not to burn it, and continue stirring until the desired consistency is achieved!

▼White Jade Portion

1. Place rice flour in a bowl and gradually add water, kneading (Remember to add water in stages and slowly! Because you need to consider the rice flour's water absorption properties. If you add too much water at once, you'll feel the dough is still dry and want to add more water, but actually the water is sufficient)

2. Slowly gather all the rice flour and knead into a ball.

3. Roll the balls into small balls.

4. Place the balls in boiling water for approximately 1.5 to 2 minutes, or when they float to the surface!

▼Matcha Liquid Portion

1. Place matcha powder and sugar in a bowl and pour in hot water, stirring until no granules remain. Then, add cold water.
