Parsnip Pork Bone Soup Recipe
1. Wash and peel the parsnip, cut into 2-3 cm cubes. Carrot root, peel and cut into approximately the same size as chopsticks. Pork bone dry strength

2. Pour in 5 large bowls of cold water, add pork bone, boil, skim off foam, add parsnip and carrot, bring to a boil again, if there is still foam, skim off it

4. Cover the pot, simmer over low heat for about 3 hours, add salt to enjoy. Parsnip is a strange thing, when it is first cooked, the house is filled with a faint fishy smell, but after simmering for about an hour, a tempting fragrance floats throughout the house. Also, pork bones with some oil, such as thigh bones, can be paired with parsnip for soup.
