Quick & Easy Leeks with Soybean Oil Skin (Ready in 3 Minutes)

Ingredients needed:
Leeks
Soybean oil skin
Soy sauce
Garlic
Steps:
1Wash the leeks thoroughly

2Cut them into segments

3Heat a pot with oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the leeks and stir-fry for a few seconds until the leeks are slightly softened

4Add the soybean oil skin and stir-fry for 1 minute, drizzle with a little soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve
