The combination of green bean jelly and milk, how could I know?
You must try it!
If you really like thick and smooth, you should like this!
The green bean jelly made by the recipe is good to drink directly.
Green bean 220g
Sugar 100g-120g (adjust to your taste)
Water 1100-1300ml
Fresh milk as needed
Black sugar pearls as needed
1. First, process the green beans. Place green beans in water and soak for 2 hours or more, changing the water 3 times or so during these two hours to remove the bean sprout smell. This step is very important! Then put it in a pot and cook again, drain the moisture and pick out the green beans. The bean sprout smell will be completely removed ~ Don't skip these two steps!!!
2. Then add 1300ml of water and 90-100g of sugar into a pressure cooker/rice cooker and cook until soft and translucent.
tisp: Many people react that it mixes with milk because the green bean jelly is too thin. Everyone's pot's moisture discharge amount is different, if it feels thin after cooking, pour a portion of the top layer of water and make a puree.
3. You can cook pearls and taro balls at this time, to increase the texture, it is recommended to add it.
4. Below is how to make green bean jelly fresh milk, put the cooked black sugar pearls at the bottom of the cup, then put in some ice.
5. Pour in fresh milk, pour to half the cup.
Use whole milk cream, black and white, very rich, tea shops usually use it
6. Finally, add the green bean jelly puree. The state of the green bean jelly should be like the one in my picture, thick but flowing.
7. Gently stir and you can drink it! If it's cold, drinking it hot is also a good choice!
8. Because I like it~ I took two, really delicious!
