Ingredients:Shiitake mushrooms, eggs, flour, starch, five-spice powder, salt, chili powder.

Instructions:

1. Prepare: Tear the shiitake mushrooms into small pieces, wash them and squeeze out the moisture; beat the eggs; prepare 10g of flour, 10g of starch, 3g of five-spice powder, and chili powder, and set aside.

2. Add the prepared flour, starch, five-spice powder and chili powder to the beaten eggs, add a little salt and water, and stir into a batter.

3. Heat the oil in a pan, coat the shiitake mushrooms with batter and fry over medium heat until slightly golden, then remove.
