Stir-fried Zucchini with Eggs – A Simple and Cozy Dinner
Tired after a day's work, I just want a simple and delicious dinner when I get home. Passing by a vegetable shop, I bought some zucchini and cucumbers, as these are my usual favorites. When blanching, the water should be hot with a spoonful of salt. The duck blood should be cut into slightly thinner slices, so after blanching, the duck blood will have a tender and juicy texture. Also, the blanching time should not be too long, generally 20-30 seconds.
Besides cooking and making soup, duck blood is quite nutritious, rich in iron, calcium, and other minerals. It also has the effect of replenishing blood and detoxifying.

Heat up the oil, add minced garlic and chopped green onions, sauté until fragrant, then add the duck blood, add a little capers to season.

Today, I forgot to buy cooked meat because I wanted to save time, so I'll make sliced cucumbers. First, choose fresh cucumbers with flowers and thorns, soak them in water for ten minutes, or peel them. This can remove drug residues.
