Country Vegetable with Fermented Black Beans and Lard
Dried Fermented Black Beans with Fatty Pork
Ingredients: 500g pork belly, 100g fermented black beans, 50g red bell pepper, 150g green bell pepper, ginger slices, garlic slices, garlic leaves, salt, MSG to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the pork belly into long strips; chop the red and green bell peppers into coarse pieces; slice the garlic leaves and set aside.
2. Place a wok over high heat, then stir-fry the pork belly strips until the lard is rendered out, then remove and chop on a cutting board.
3. Add a little oil to the wok, then add the fermented black beans and stir-fry until fragrant, then add ginger slices, garlic slices and stir-fry again, then pour in the lard, add the chopped red and green bell peppers and stir-fry until fragrant, season with salt, MSG and chopped garlic leaves, then serve.
