Cola with Dishes – Delicious Beyond Words, Try it Now!

I: Cola Shrimp

Ingredients: Shrimp, cucumber, garlic, ginger, cola, soy sauce, wine, scallions

Instructions:

1Wash the shrimp with clean water, slice ginger and garlic, chop scallions

2Sauté ginger and garlic, add shrimp and stir-fry until changed color

3Pour in wine, cola, soy sauce mixed juice, pour into the pot

4Wait for the juice to nearly dry, sprinkle in scallions, stir-fry and serve

5Grate cucumber as a side dish, arrange shrimp on top

II: Cola Pork Ribs

Ingredients: Pork ribs, cola, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, wine, ginger

Instructions:

1Put the ribs in a pot with cold water to blanch the blood, then remove and put into a casserole

2Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, wine, and add cola

3Bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for 40-50 minutes, until the ribs are tender

4Finally, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the sauce until thick

III: Cola Flying Fish

Ingredients: Flying fish, bird's eye chili peppers, wine, starch, cola, salad oil, salt, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, scallions

Instructions:

1Clean the flying fish and cut into segments, marinate with wine and salt for 5 minutes

2Slice ginger and garlic, chop bird's eye chili peppers for preparation

3Pour a suitable amount of oil into the pot, when the oil is about 60% hot

4Coat the flying fish with starch and put it into the pot, fry until both sides are golden brown, then remove

5Leave a little residue in the pot, add ginger slices, garlic slices, and chili peppers to sauté

6Pour the fried flying fish back into the pot

7Pour in wine, light soy sauce, cola, and a little salt

8Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes

9Flip the flying fish over, then increase the heat to evaporate the remaining juice

IV: Cola Chicken

Ingredients: Chicken pieces, cola, onion, pomegranate pear, star anise, ginger, light soy sauce, salt, water, salad oil

Instructions:

1Cut the chicken pieces, clean them and blanch them in water

2Slice the onion, slice ginger, and tear the green and red peppers

3Heat oil in the pot, add onion slices and sauté until fragrant

4Pour in the chicken pieces and stir-fry with wine

5Add ginger slices, cola, and star anise, and pour in light soy sauce

6Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and stew the chicken, cut the pomegranate pear into pieces and set aside

7When the remaining juice is almost dry, add salt to season

8Quickly stir-fry with green and red peppers, finally add pomegranate

9Turn off the heat, stir-fry evenly, and serve
