Prepare ingredients:

Flour Eggs Yeast Raisins Red Sugar Egg

1. First step: Prepare half a bowl of warm water around 35 degrees Celsius, add an appropriate amount of yeast and red sugar, and stir well with chopsticks. Then, gradually add small amounts of water into the flour, and beat in one egg to make a slightly thick paste.

2. Second step: Prepare a mold, or a bowl, and brush a layer of oil on it. Pour the prepared batter into it and place it in a warm place, let it rise to 1.5 times its original size, which takes about 2 hours. After rising, take it out and spread a layer of raisins on it.

3. Third step: Pour the risen batter into boiling water, use a small fire to steam for about 40 minutes, the time depends on the amount of batter you make. After steaming, let it cool for 5 minutes before taking it out, demold and cut it into pieces and eat it.

Warm tips: When making steamed buns, add eggs or baking powder, otherwise it's difficult to make them successfully. The batter should not be too thin, make it a little thicker.
