Instructions:

1. Wash the shiitake mushrooms and slice them, chop the green onion.

Instructions:

1. Wash and dry the shiitake mushrooms, slice them.

2. Cut the pork into minced meat, ginger and garlic into minced pieces, clean the bean sprouts and prepare them.

3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add 1 spoonful of salt and bring to a boil, add the bean sprouts and blanch for about 1 minute, draining the bean sprouts.

4. Heat oil in a wok to about 60% heat, add minced ginger and garlic to sauté the bottom of the wok. Over high heat, add minced pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Pour in 1/2 spoon of rice wine, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, a little old soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry the minced pork to absorb the flavor and color.

5. Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms to the pot and stir-fry until they become soft and release some moisture.

6. Add the bean sprouts, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon of black pepper, and salt to taste. Stir-fry over high heat until the bean sprouts are fully integrated with the seasonings.

7. Before serving, pour in 1 spoonful of water starch, turn up the heat and cook the sauce until it is thick. This delicious and nutritious shiitake mushroom and bean sprout dish is ready.

Instructions:
