Festive Colorful Dumplings
I usually enjoy researching and making visually appealing foods to attract children's interest in eating.
Today, I'd like to share with you the colorful dumplings I made.
First step
Prepare a dragon fruit, peel and puree, filter the juice and set aside.
Second step
Take some flour and mix with dragon fruit to make a dough. The red dough is smooth, then take some flour and mix with water to make a white dough.
Third step
Let the dough rise, cut into pieces, cut a white dough and a red dough into long strips, flatten them, and wrap the white dough in the red dough.
Fourth step
Cut into small pieces, flatten them.
Fifth step
Roll the flattened dough into Northeast Chinese dumpling skins. Make the white in the middle and the red on the edges.
Sixth step:
Fill with your favorite fillings.

In March, I also made three-color dumplings, but I didn't take pictures of the kneading process, only the finished products. The kneading process and wrapping method are the same as the two-color dumplings. Green color used spinach juice filtered.
