Cabbage Rolls, Spicy Lamb Shanks, and Carrot Tofu Meatball Recipe
Ingredients: Cabbage, scallions, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, rice vinegar, salt, light soy sauce, white sugar, oyster sauce, vegetable oil
Instructions:
1Tear the cabbage into small pieces by hand, wash and drain.
2Mince the garlic, slice the ginger, cut the dried chili peppers and scallion whites into granules.
3Sauce: One spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of light soy sauce, one spoonful of salt, half a spoonful of white sugar, three spoonfuls of rice vinegar, stir well.
4Heat oil in a pan, add scallion ginger garlic dried chili peppers, stir-fry until fragrant.
5Add the cabbage and stir-fry over high heat until slightly wilted and bright in color.
6Pour in the prepared sauce and simmer over low heat until the cabbage is slightly softened.
7Serve hot.

1Wash and peel the carrots.
2Grate the carrots.
3Mash the tofu and add it to the bowl.
4Add white pepper, chili powder, salt, eggs, cornstarch, and chopped scallions, stir well with your hands, and let it rest for 10 minutes for the carrots to release water.
5Gradually add flour and stir until a non-flowing, viscous batter is formed.
6Use a spoon to dab a little water and shape into meatballs, fry in hot oil.
7Golden yellow and ready to serve.
