Homemade Pork with Chili Peppers

Ingredients:,Pork belly 1 large piece, hoisin sauce half a spoon, Sichuan doubanjiang two spoons, flower peppercorns 10-15, soy sauce 1 spoon, rice wine half a spoon, white sugar 1 teaspoon, chicken broth 1 teaspoon, dried chilies three, ginger half a piece, garlic half a head, green peppers two, scallions 3 pieces, fermented beans 20-30 pieces.
Instructions:,1. Do not put oil in the wok, place it on the stove, ignite the fire, put the pork belly in the pot and sear the pork skin until it turns golden brown, then put it in cold water to soak and scrape clean.
2. Boil water in the pot, add the processed pork belly, dried chilies, and ginger slices, boil over high heat for about 25 minutes, and remove the meat and let it cool.
3. Cut the cooled pork into thin slices, cut the green peppers into small pieces, crush the scallions and cut them into oblique segments, slice the ginger and garlic into slices.
