Production Process:
1Beat the egg into the minced meat, while adding an appropriate amount of water, stirring clockwise until a sticky feeling is felt;
2Then add salt, soy sauce, a little five-spice powder. You can also choose other flavors you like;
3Lay sliced leeks on the stirred minced meat. Note: Add as much leeks as you like when eating, otherwise the leek filling will be difficult to smell and the remaining will be completely wasted;
4The method of wrapping is simple: pinch the middle of the gyoza wrappers and leave both sides ventilated;
5First preheat the electric griddle and pour in edible oil, arrange the wrapped potstickers neatly in the electric griddle, pour some water and dough to make a thin slurry along the edge of the pan, cover it, and it will be ready in about 5-8 minutes, fragrant!! Be careful when opening the cover and don't burn yourself!

Tips: Because of lack of experience the first time, afraid of not being familiar, the frying time is 8 minutes, resulting in the potstickers being a little hard, 4 minutes is OK.
