99% Pure Sesame Paste? Don't Buy It, Make It Yourself in 30 Minutes!
Usually black sesame is made into a paste, added to white sugar, and heated to become the familiar black sesame paste. However, sesame paste used as a seasoning is almost always made from white sesame, black sesame oil is less, white sesame oil is more. This is their difference.
In the market or online, there are very few pure sesame pastes for sale, most are made with chemical fragrance to impart sesame flavor, which enters the mouth and is completely the taste of corn powder. So today I'm sharing a sesame paste recipe with 99% purity!
To make sesame paste more fragrant, this method will add a little peanut.

Sesame paste
Ingredients
· 250g roasted white sesame
· 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (optional)
· 1 small pinch of salt
· 15g sesame oil
First, understand how to roast white sesame
Wash the white sesame in a large pot, be sure to wash it clean, pick out any floating impurities and discard, I usually wash it twice, and then completely drain it (using a wind fan to blow).
In a large pot, add sesame and stir-fry over low heat until all the moisture evaporates until you smell the aroma of sesame.
Another way is to check if the sesame is easy to crush. Immediately remove it from the heat.
Cool the sesame and use it as needed.
