Instructions
1.Peel and slice the spring bamboo shoots, removing the old roots.

2.While chopping the pork into meat paste, combine it with spring bamboo shoots slices. Add a little yellow wine, light soy sauce, salt, chicken broth, white sugar, and black pepper, and mix well.

3.Pour in hot water into the glutinous rice flour, stir into a flocculent state, and then form a dough.

4.Divide the dough into approximately 50-gram pieces, use your thumb to create an opening in the dough, add the filling, and finally seal the edges, gently pressing flat with both hands.

5.Once the oil in the pot is hot, you can fry the bamboo shoot and pork patty until golden brown on both sides.
