Long-grain corn
Materials:
500g sweet corn kernels, 1 bunch of peas, 1/2 red pepper, 50g almonds, appropriate amount of oil, salt, 1 segment of scallion, 1/2 tablespoon of white sugar, appropriate amount of water starch.
Procedure:
1. Prepare the required materials. Corn can choose sweet corn, glutinous corn or ordinary corn, each has a different flavor. 2. Cut scallions into scallion segments, peel the seeds from the red pepper and cut them into diced. 3. Add water to the pot and boil it, add corn kernels and peas and blanch for 1-2 minutes, drain and set aside. Corn kernels and peas are pre-cooked and frozen, blanching them for a short time is enough. 4. Add oil to the pot and heat it, add almonds and stir-fry over low heat until the color changes slightly. Remove the almonds and place them on the plate to cool. The almonds should be fried until their color changes slightly, and do not fry for too long. 5. Add scallion segments to make fragrant, then add diced red peppers and stir-fry until the color becomes a deeper red. 6. Add the blanched corn kernels and peas, add salt and white sugar, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, add a little water starch to make a thin sauce, stir-fry over high heat until evenly mixed, turn off the heat, take out and put it in a dish, sprinkle with fried almonds.
Tips
1. Corn can choose sweet corn, glutinous corn or ordinary corn, each has a different flavor.
2. When frying almonds, use low heat to fry them slightly until they change color, otherwise they are easy to burn.
