Making method:

4. Add gelatin powder to warm water and stir evenly. The warm water is about 60°C.
5. Pour the gelatin liquid into warm water and stir evenly.

10. Cut a suitable amount of orange peel cubes and add it to the mousse mixture and stir evenly.
