Carrot and Yam Soup - Delicious and Beneficial for Health
A strong and healthy soup, easy to make, I'm sharing it with all my little friends today.
Yam Root Carrot Soup
Ingredients: Carrot 90g, Pork Lean Meat 120g, Yam Root 15g
Seasonings: Salt 2g, Chicken Powder 2g, White Pepper 2g.
Instructions
1. Wash and cut the carrots into irregular chunks:
2. Cut the prepared lean meat into chunks
3. Pour a suitable amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the lean meat and stir-fry for one minute before removing it. Drain the water and set aside.
4. Pour water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the lean meat, carrots, and yam root, and stir well. Cover and simmer over high heat for one hour. After cooking, add salt, chicken powder, and white pepper, stir until well combined, and serve in bowls.
