Dutch Bean Noodle with Shrimp

Ingredients: Shrimp, Dutch Bean Noodle, Salad Oil, Salt, Ginger, Cooking Wine, Green Onion

Instructions:

1Peel and devein the shrimp, wash clean. Dutch Bean Noodle: Remove the long filaments on both ends and wash clean, blanch briefly, drain the water.

2Heat some oil in a pan, stir-fry ginger slices, add shrimp and green onion, stir-fry until shrimp is mostly cooked. Add the blanched Dutch Bean Noodle, salt, and cooking wine, stir-fry until ready to serve.

Rib Green Pepper

Preparation ingredients:

Green Peppers 5, Fermented Black Beans 15g, Ginger 15g, Garlic 20g, 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Vinegar, 1/2 tbsp Old Extract, 1/2 tbsp Sugar, Corn Starch small half, 5 Bowls of Water, Salad Oil a little;

Production method:

1First, prepare a bowl of sauce: Soy Sauce, Sugar, Old Extract, Corn Starch, Vinegar, and Water mixed into a bowl, ready for use.

2Remove the seeds from the green peppers, lightly tap them with a knife to flatten them, cut into small pieces, heat a little oil in a flat pan, pour in the green peppers, and sear the green peppers until both sides are wrinkled, pressing with a spoon while searing.

3Leave the bottom oil in the pan, add fermented black beans, ginger, and garlic, small fire to sauté until fragrant, add the green peppers and stir-fry evenly, then add the prepared sauce, and stir-fry evenly before serving.

Braised Dried Bamboo Shoots with Pork Belly

Ingredients: Pork Belly, Dried Bamboo Shoots, Garlic Chives, Soy Sauce, Salt, Chicken Powder, Garlic.

Process:

1. Wash and cut the pork belly into slices, adding cold water and bringing to a boil until the chopsticks can be inserted, drain with cold water, and cut into slices, try to make them as thin as possible.

2. Fold the dried bamboo shoots into approximately 5cm segments, add them to warm water to soak, or cut them into segments and soak them in water, and then cut them with a knife.

3. Crush garlic, cut garlic chives into segments.

4. Heat the pot, add pork belly and sear until slightly yellowish, set aside for later.

5. Add soy sauce, salt, and chicken powder to the pan, and add a little water, and add sliced garlic chives to the pot, cover the pot, and simmer for three minutes.

6. Open the pot, stir-fry quickly, and serve.

Spicy Hot Oil Gold Needle Mushroom

Ingredients: Gold Needle Mushroom 400g, Doubanjiang 2 tbsp, Salt 1 small spoon, Soy Sauce 1 spoon, Sugar 1 spoon, Edible Oil appropriate amount, 1 Bowl of Water, Green Onion or Coriander appropriate amount;

Process:

1Cut the gold needle mushrooms off the base, wash and dry them thoroughly.

2Heat a little edible oil in a pan.

3Add Doubanjiang and sauté until fragrant.

4Add soy sauce, sugar, and salt, and 1 bowl of water bring to a boil.

5Once the water is boiling, add the gold needle mushrooms, even if they don't fully immerse in the water, as they will soften and release water later.

6Boil again, when the gold needle mushrooms are soft, taste the saltiness, add more salt if needed.

7Add coriander or green onion, turn off the heat!

8Serve and enjoy, spicy and delicious, super filling!
